While driving to Selmer,TN one summer day in 2003, my daughter,granddaughter and I saw the most remarkable thing…We were traveling west on Hwy 64 when my daughter,who was the one driving saw a flash, she looked up and saw in the distance, what appeared to be a huge metalic inverted v type craft just hoovering in place above the road…It was a good ways down the road, hard to determine distance. but we were traveling on a typical west Tn. road that everything trees, sky etc can be seen for miles so as she was busy driving and glancing up from moment to moment, I was watching it constantly to see if it did anything interesting like take off at super sonic speed…It just continued to hang..as we drove towards it,as we got closer it seemed to kind of dissolve, to blur around the edges, which were more defined before it seemed to me…As we neared Selmer and we were approaching under where I guessed the object to be I looked up to see if I could still see it but it seemed to have gone… I continued to try to relocate the craft, if that’s what it was,but it was gone…we were so excited we discussed it, ad nauseum all the way thru the store and back home again…to the best of my memory this is exactly how it happened
